Granulator FG Series Sound-proof granulator FG series Granulators are designed as a high quality, cost-effective waste recycling unit suitable for hand or conveyor feeding of large rejected molding parts or components.
Full sound-proofing on both the feed hopper and cutting chamber is included as standard features of the unit, the cutting chamber is fully enclosed by a front door and side covers along with a rear motor guard.
Electrical-mechanical safety interlocks are fitted to all hinged sections including feed hopper, screen retainer, front door, collection bin, and side covers to ensure machine is fully stopped should any open.
Manual collection bin is provided as standard, and can be changed to use optional blower suction bin at no extra cost. In order to give best convenience of operation, a blower suction port is pre-fitted to the unit as standard no matter which type of bin is ordered.
