Metering and Mixing Stations 50B/150B/500B series Volumetric Blenders
The 50B/150B/500B series Volumetric Blender is suitable for batch processing with additives in either granulated or powder form. It will support material throughput of injection moulding machines up to 400 kg per hour.
The 50B/150B/500B series is capable of processing up to 3 different additives, the main component flows directly into the mixing bowl and then additives are metered proportionally according to the shot weight and are then mixed with the raw material to achieve a homogenous blend. The corrosion free mixing motor and stainless steel mixing arm ensure greater reliability and longer service life. With level sensor probe in matering hopper, it is easy to monitor material levels of at all times.
There are three model types available:
-50B:Max. throughput 50 kg/hr
-150B:Max. throughput 120kg/hr
-500B:Max. throughput 400kg/hr
TS Control
This simple, non-communicative Time-Step control is designed for processing 1 additive only and depends on machine cycle time. (CT-100B Control for processing 3 additives is by option)
