Metering and Mixing Stations 150/500 series Volumetric Blenders
The 150/500 series volumetric blender is suitable for continuous processing with additives in either granulate or powder form. It will support material throughput of processing machine up to 400 kg per hour.
The 150/500 series has been disigned for precisely metering and mixing up to 4 components. Into the mixing bowl, these are mixed together to achieve a homogenous blend. The corrosion free mixing motor and stainless steel mixing arm ensure greater reliability and longer service life. With level sensor probe in metering hopper,it is easy to monitor the level of material at all time.
There are two model types available:
-150:Max. throughput 120 kg/hr
-500: Max. throughput 400 kg/hr
CT-100 Control
This sophisticated communicative control is capable of processing up to 4 components. T offers up to 100 recipes which are permanently stored in the memory.
