Drying Systems Series FCD-SAN Conditioning Systems for VCD, CD, DVD, and Optical Products
The Compact Dryer, mounted on a mobile frame, consists of three main parts: the Honeycomb Dehumidified Dryer, the Drying Hopper and the Loading System. The loaders feed to and from the drying hopper to the machine or, as an option, from the surge bin to the drying hopper. The FCD-SAN can supply one material to six molding machines and, depending on production requirements, special loaders can be designed to handle powder and dust separation. The vacuum pump and fines filter are mounted inside the unit.
This very compact unit is designed specifically for VCD, CD, DVD, LCD, LENS, and optical product applications.
The sanitary system is used throughout the world for Optical Disc, Medical, Lens, LCD screen and many other advanced applications.

Drying Systems For Lens, LCD, IMD and Optical parts
The FCD-SAN Compact Dryer is specifically designed for Lens, LCD, optical parts manufacturing. The sanitary system employs a HEPA filter in the process air circuit which removes the smallest particles and contaminants. This ultra-clean system is also completely polished with passivated welds and heater. The SAN compact dryers dehumidify for the worlds most advanced products.
For VCD, CD and DVD
The FCD-SAN Compact Dryer is specifically designed for disc molders that wish to have the highest performance and perfect yields. It includes the CD-Audio and ROM, CD-R and CD-MO, as well as for DVD and the recordable versions of these new optical disc formats.
Honeycomb Rotor
The "pollution-free" honeycomb rotor is coated with molecular sieves and silica gel that are strongly bonded to ceramic fibers inside the rotor by special chemical crystallization. With the rotor, the dryer can provide low dew-point (-40oC), and performs all of these processes more quickly and more efficiently than any other dryer available.
Color Touch Control Panel
The color touch screen control provides digital settings and displays of drying temperature, loading time, whole system operational status and all possible error messages. Also the passwords and different parameter settings, material throughput records, return air detection and drying temperature detection and records. Control loading max. 6 stations.
HEPA Filter
The unit uses a high-performance HEPA filter (0.3µm/99.97%) as drying filter to prevent any contamination.
Separator Loader
This Hopper Loader is specially designed with a dust separator for conveying dusty material.
Available size are 3,6 liters.
Sanitary Piping
All piping work is for sanitary applications.
There will not be any contamination when conveying the dry material.
